    One of the best JBL wireless headphones made great sound I like these better than Beats and Bose price for these are great for the quality please download the JBL app if you haven’t it will do software updates and help you connect them or any JBL products to your phone

    I can't even believe this is JBL. No bass to speak of. Connection problems where one bud just drops out. Only kept them because the phone quality was great... until I lose one bud mid call. My 4 year old Pixel Buds blow these away... still.

      Our JBL Tune 235NC TWS can be used with our JBL Headphones App where your can modify the settings of the earbuds; EQ settings, Noise cancellation mode, and more. To sync the earbuds, you may place and remove on the case, the earbuds would sync again. If you need help with the replacement earbuds since you lost it, please contact our customer support and we'll help you with the parts replacement. JBL

    These worked great for us for about 6 months. I bought 2 pairs one for each of my children for Christmas. The left one on both sets have stopped charging. They started out charging when they wanted but now nothing. I have cleaned the charging pods out and they still won’t charge. Manufacturer states a 1 year warranty so I’m going to see if I can get help but I’m sadly not hopeful. One of the pairs the right earbud doesn’t produce much sound. Was working great but it’s starting to give up on me too.

      Thank you for your feedback on our JBL Tune 230NC TWS. We understand that it didn't meet your expectations. In order for the headphones to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Assuming that both earpieces are properly positioned in your ears, as with all in-ear headphones, they can be susceptible to a build-up of dust and earwax. This can cause low volume on one or both ear tips or balance issues. Clean the ear tips by removing dust and wax using a pointed toothpick to remove larger amounts and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing.     I've had these earbuds for a couple of years. They worked okay at first, but after a few months I had issues with one of them stopping working. I would do a reset, it would begin working for a while, then would quit again. Not always the same side. I'm going to spend more on my next pair in hopes that they are more reliable.

    I bought these headphones in May 2025 they have had some connection issues an now the right one doesn’t recharge at all

      We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC. First, you may try the various ear tip sizes to create the best seal and audio performance. Next, check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, and checking the balance control in the JBL headphone app. After that, you may try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. The last step is to clean the ear tips. Cleaning the ear tips is something that should occur on a fairly regular basis. When wearing in-ear, because of the seal that is created, our ear canals can get moist and develop dirt and debris. The screen in front of the ear tip is extremely small and can get blocked by this debris. When it gets blocked, the sound is unable to pass through the screen. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support. JBL
