I usually use this mostly to listen to audio books and for phone calls. The battery for one earbud will last the full workday and more, while the airpods usually would last until about one or two in the afternoon. I love the feature where you can find one earpiece via the app. Ive lost one a few times and am able to find it easily just follow the sound. Also impressed about the distance from my phone I can go, almost all the way down the driveway, everything else I couldn't even go to the garage. The low battery beep lets you know when its getting low with enough time to finish whatever your doing. Others if I got an indication it was 5-10 before it would go dead

They said that they sound great. Use them for errands and daily walks and they worked fine after a sudden downpour.

Noise cancellation from the app works great. Battery has lasted over 3 weeks so far using them about 3 times a week for a few hours at a time.

Sounds good but loses connection constantly.

They stayed in my ear and is a good design. Problem, it kept losing connection all of the time, and it doesn't matter of the device, 3 times during 1 call of 35 minutes. Lost connection to the music a lot too.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Bluetooth typically performs well within a 30-foot range, but walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede this. If you experience dropouts within 10 feet, there may be interference. To resolve the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC, ensure it is within 10 feet of your device with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Try to forget/unpair the speaker on your device, and initiate a reset. To reset your unit, first make sure that the case is not charging, tap the right earbud twice and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. Reset will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. People i am talking to do not complain of background noise with these using my Samsung Android the way they did with my Apple Air Pods. Min to nil trouble with them falling out of my ears, which is typically a big problem for me.
