Charging Difficulties

All the functions and capabilities make these awesome, but I've had a ton of problems with charging them. The connections are in the bottom of the case and won't charge unless they're perfectly clean. I have to clean them nearly ever time I put them back in their case. For the price I feel like this technicality should've been worked out.
