    Always been a JBL fan

I bought these 6 months ago and I work construction running heavy equipment. There was not a rain day or even a couple leaps I took off a payloader with a fall into puddels that stopped these things. Battery life is pretty fair for what it does and cost considered. Budget sense for sure! only thing i really know is im staying with JBL and cant wait to try out the tune pro2 with the 6 mics. Thank you for another killer product JBL. Beats got nothing on you!

Really good quality! It would be five stars except the buttons are not actually buttons so sometimes I have to take the earbuds out to change volume, pause calls, etc. I personally prefer a more tactile option for buttons that I cant actually see, but otherwise really great quality and battery life, and very comfortable.

The reason I purchased these was of the earbuds that offered noise cancelation these were one of the more affordable options ( I work in a wood shop) previously owning Beats that would not stay in my ears ands were more than twice the price. These stay in and the noise cancelation is far superior especially on a plane or in loud environments. They are comfortable and more durable than others I have used

Great sound, long-lasting and the box works well as a charging device. The only real issues are getting the earbuds back in their charger ports can be a little annoying and while the app has nice features, it can be a little annoying to use. Also, the Bluetooth experience is good but could be improved. I bought a second pair for my GF.

One ear bud won't charge if the other is in there. I use the right one more and if the left one is fully charged, the right one won't charge unless i take out the left one... which is weird. Other than that, the sound is good. The feel of them in my ear is good.

I use these frequently at work to cancel tool sounds which they are very good at. Ive even taken calls while running loud tools and the other person could mot hear the tool. I have to yell over the tool still of course bit they are excellent for this purpose. Btw i work in construction. Mostly carpentry. Fairly comfortable and mostly stay in place during the day. Not comfy enough for me to leave in for hours on end but thats probably me not wanting to get used to it. Noise cancelling or listening to music while driving i my main reason for 4 stars. Static noise happens with every hard bump in the road. No idea why really. Also the transition from nc to audio delay is a little slow for my liking. Overall good buds. Got them on sale and not sure i would pay full price if i were to do it again but only bc i would pay a little more to have a pair that eliminates these issues

Can’t power earbuds on without the case

Do not buy these - even if they’re on sale. The earbuds are only powered on when you remove them from the case, therefore you must have the case on you and hope that it’s charged (which it’ll eventually stop charging, too). There is no way to use the earbuds without the case. That might not be an issue for some, but it was for me, especially being that it wasn’t something I expected and I spent a good amount of time reading reviews before I purchased these. First, the left earbud will stop connecting and require you to re-sync the pair each time. Then the case will struggle to recognize that your earbuds are in it and it’ll also require you to re-sync it each time, which I had to search online to even figure out how to do because the instructions are unclear. Then eventually the case will stop charging completely and your earbuds won’t ever turn on again. Granted, I never contacted JBL for help or a possible replacement so I can’t speak to that, but I didn’t even find the earbuds to be worth that effort. Save your money. I spent time reading up on these earbuds before I purchased them for myself one Christmas and I’ve been meaning to write a review ever since learning they can’t even be powered on without the case. I didn’t see that information anywhere and I read a lot before my purchase. I hope this helps someone else especially someone who might consider purchasing these for Christmas and/or they’re on-sale. Save your money. The only good thing I can say about these earbuds is that the battery life was better than I thought it would be and I was at least thankful for that when dealing with the connectivity & charging issues.

Use: Desk work & outdoor walking. I use these headphones 7 days a week. Battery life is never an issue during 8 hour work days as I place the headphones in the case to charge during meetings which might be 1 hr a day or so. I charge the case every 3-4 days, but I could go 4-5. They stay in my ears very well. I have some aftermarket ear inserts but I haven't found the need for them as these are comfy and stay secure during dog walks. They look like the Vader version of the other brand white ones at 1/3 the cost. Connection with the phone is top notch. The range is the best of any Bluetooth device I've ever used. They sound fantastic with music or podcasts. The noise cancelling is perfect for my open office. I have zero complaints. I bought them on sale, and you should too - but even at full price they are worth it.

This is my second pair. The battery in the original pair died after a year and a half. The sound quality and noise canceling works great during flights. Battery life is good for long flights. The case recharges quickly. I am not an audiophile but find that they sound pleasant. The phone app allows you to set a custom the playback profile in addition to the preset ones. It comes with three different tips for different ear profiles.

Great sound, snug, comfortable and long life! Got these for a transatlantic flight and they lasted 8 hours or so on one charge. The noise canceling quieted the jet noise, and the feature to disable to hear conversation is v handy! Great buy!

I purchased these when they first came out. I lost them and didn't have a plan of any kind on them. I didn't think twice about buying another pair. The ANC really works. I love the "find my device" option. I've used it. The buds keep a charge throughout the work day without issue. The case keeps its ability to recharge the buds for WEEKS. USB-C charging cord. Charges fast. Easy to connect to bluetooth-enabled devices. Easy to clean. I use them everywhere. They're very comfortable. The ANC feature is optional.

Great fit, good sound, and incredibly good noise canceling. Bought mine at Black Friday price, and worth every penny. I feel full price is a bit extreme, but seems to be the going rate for good earbuds anymore. One thing of note, i did have a warranty issue with my set. JBL was VERY easy to work with and get a new set very quickly at no cost to me (not even shipping), so i found that to be a big positive despite the buds (specifically the changing case) failing on me.

These earbuds are really comfortable and the sound quality is excellent. I can tell a major difference from my previous sets of ear phones in bass and crisp sound in listening to music, phone calls or playing games on my laptop.

These earbuds deliver good sound and excellent noise cancellation. I'm able to make phone calls while walking outside and be heard clearly buy the other party. Listening to a podcast while on the subway no longer needs me to raise the volume to 11. Also, the charge lasts quite a while. Good quality at a reasonable price.

I was surprised at how much I like these, as I bought them to replace a "nicer", more expensive Jabra Elite 65t set I got a few years ago. The sound was much better & clearer, but also my Jabra's right earbud was not working properly (too late for the warranty). I actually thought they were more comfortable as well and easier to get in & out as opposed to the totally-in-the-ear version. They are holding a charge very well. You can download a JBL app on your phone for some of the controls - which I found easy to use and more intuitive that the Jabra app. What helped me decide on this purchase was the great reviews, but also the great price since I bought it during a Black Friday special.

Great sound from these earbuds! I have had several JBL earbuds over the years and this is my favorite pair. I keep them at the office so when I get distracted by the chatter and I need to block it out to concentrate on my work, they are amazing! They keep a long charge and fit in my ears perfectly! I highly recommend them and am sure you will love them as much as I do.

Gift for my 15 year old- he has used them daily since and finds them comfortable. holds charge for several hours. Quality of sound is good. Easy to charge. I assume he will lose them at some point so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money so this has been a great choice.

They are decent ear buds. Sound really good , but even better when both buds are in the ears together.Good price and value. Would buy again. I would also recommend to friend. The top to the case flips open sometimes and you man lose connection. They are easy to connect or pair.

I bought these on a whim when my Bose earbuds started to fail, and was pleasantly surprised. The sound quality, ease of pairing, comfort, noise canceling, and ability to register smart commands far surpasses that of other, more expensive true-wireless earbuds (eg galaxy buds pro 2, ~$250) that I bought and tested at the same time. I would not only recommend these if you're on a budget, but I would recommend them even if you're NOT on a budget. No, they aren't as good as Bose, but I honestly think they beat Galaxy buds, and probably other expensive brands.
