Will not stay in ear

Thinking about returning because everytime I use them, I spend more time picking them up off the ground than talking on them.

You may mix and match the different sizes to get the right fit for your ears so that they do not fall out. I was very excited to try a product from such a trust worthy brand like JBL and happy to be supporting local best buys. However, These headphones never seems to to live up to the jbl name. Ever since I got them only one headphone would charge / work at a time never giving me the full effect of the noise canceling feature!? How am I suppose carry on with every day tasks with a faulty product like this one?! Not only did the product not work to its full potential but also delivered poor quality of sound including what sounded like a dog whistle in my ear!?, I never damaged this product and they are still in great condition, however the problem still seems to persist. Given that I purchased these items through a third party like best buy which I thought would be a trusted party to go through. Maybe you should have given me an option to secure myself some sort of warranty. I see on the website now that these headphones are on clearance, maybe its because many customers have this problems and I think you guys should send me some fresh headphones.
