    Not what I would expect from JBL. Earbuds did not get as loud as we expected or have as much basis past experiences with JBL. Would recommend the Jabra active elite for waterproof earbuds, and exercise.

      Thank you for you for your feedback. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You may also try using the different sizes of eartips for our JBL Tune 235NC TWS. Feel free to contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL

    Often wont connect properly. Other than that they are ok. A bit too sensitive with the settings, sometimes the modes change if your hoodie touches them

    This speaker is very clear in sound, But when we use air gun it is so loudly. This is not suitable for our work place.

    These earbuds do not allow muting/stopping programs that you sre listening to. I interact with alot of people at work and that option would be great instead of have to reach for my phone to mute.
