I love these earbuds’ I’m so glad I purchased them

I don't know about the way BB treats its consumers here lately. Having to use a credit card to get loyalty points, on top of paying to be a member for some perks. Let's talk about these JBL Earbuds. I'm unsure about them because I've refused to use them as I decide if I want to return them on principle. I purchased these to work out for the Black Friday in July event. I never used JBL products before, but I was willing to give them ago. Even though I feel BB isn't doing right by me with some of their policy changes, I still wanted to look at their event while Prime Day was going on. I found a pair of JBL- Tune 230NC that looked awesome-looking blue for 39.99 on a Prime Day. I looked at some reviews on different sites and youtube and put them in my cart. As I always try to support Brick and Mortar, I decide to look at the BB site before purchasing. I saw these for 59.99. I thought oh, these are the 235NC, so it must be the refresh. I tried researching them, but they only showed up at the BB site for 59.99. They weren't even on JBL's site, which I thought was odd, but I didn't overthink it since it was a Best Buy product. So I emptied the awesome-looking blue ones from my Amazon Prime cart for 39.99 and decided to support Best Buy and get the latest version of the Tune NC series. While doing my research, I asked the Best Buys site why I couldn't locate these on any other site, but of course, I didn't get the answer before the sale was over. Of course, I learned that these JBL- Tune 235NC are the exact same earbuds as the awesome blue colored ones I was going to pick up for the prime day sale but chose not to because I wanted to support Best Buy even though they keep making changes that are alienating me a long time loyal customer. I assume it was just a coincidence that your JBL Tune 230NC was $99 on Prime Day, but these Tune 235s, usually $99, were $59.99. Yep, just a coincidence.

Got these as a backup. Haven’t really had a chance to use them much. But so far so good.

Not what I would expect from JBL. Earbuds did not get as loud as we expected or have as much basis past experiences with JBL. Would recommend the Jabra active elite for waterproof earbuds, and exercise.

It's pretty good, totally worth it. A good cost effective product.

Every other IE buds are a ripoff in comparison. I say this as a person with thousands of dollars in audio equipment. These will do just fine for almost everyone out there.

I have only used once, but love them! Will get a better idea on my 20 day trip coming up soon. Easy to pair with phone. I downloaded app but I am technologically challenged so haven't actually used these settings - works fine without.

It is really good. Probably the best option at this price. I have bought it for a month and works perfectly. The only problem might be the touch keys to play/stop. When you take them off and have them in my hand, it plays and pauses which is not nice.

They were really good when I first got them, however the right one went out on me. So I returned them. They’re not for me sorry.

The noise cancelling is minimum. I had a previous and cheaper version of this earbuds and the noise cancelling was better

I have never had a pair. I own an IPhone. I did just want to pay the high cost for the Apple earbuds. I bought these. They are FANTASTIC!!

Works pretty good. The noise cancelling isn't the best I have used. However for the price it was worth the buy.
