Very unreliable to connect and disconnect

Case is very unreliable, you have to open and close a dozen times for both sides to turn on, and then it doesn't work when turning off, keeps connecting to my phone even when they are in the case. Case battery always shows some % that can't be true, so you never know when it's about to die. No wonder it was 50% off, still very low quality for 50USD

These work more for my intended purpose of using them at the gym and taking them into the sauna. JBL has never disappointed with their performance to price ratio. I highly recommend.

Portable speakers they do great but their headphones just don’t live up to the hype. These buds disconnect and shut down very quickly when exposed to heat. I have cheaper competitor brand headphones that can last with no issue through a sauna session but these shut down very quickly. The sound quality of them really is not great either. There are cheaper options with better sound quality. Maybe comparable to skull candy but at a higher price

But nine months later, they don't hold a charge. Barely an hour if I wait it out, but after only 10 or 15 minutes they start playing the battery low sound. One ear just shut down and cut me off, not even 30 minutes into an important Zoom call. I've seen online that I'm far from the only one with this issue.
