I expected for the price to get a decent quality. Sound quality is okay but not great. My $15 Sony wired have a richer sound. Also no dedicated volume control button. Volume is only controlled with the device. This is astonishing considering that the whole point is to be independent from the device.

Also, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Bad connection and bad NC

And the connection it's terrible you have too take them out and put them back in the case.

Posted .Thanks for your inquiry. To activate the noise-canceling feature of our JBL Tune 235NC, tap your left earbud once. You can toggle between on, off, or ambient modes. With ambient mode, you can still hear some external sounds if you need to be aware of your surrounding. You can also adjust the ANC mode using the JBL Headphones App. For optimal noise reduction during phones calls, make sure the eartips fit securely in your ears. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the headphones to see if a better fit. To fix the connection issue, try to forget/unpair the earbuds on your device, and initiate a reset. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds.
