Please check the equalizer settings of your phone and set it to default. Also, please try to connect it with a different device or play audio using a different application. You may also try doing a Factory Reset by removing both earbuds from the charging case and tapping both earbuds twice then, tap-hold for 5 seconds. But only if you are sitting immobile, as they fall out your ears.. over & over & over .. no matter how you use the ear pieces, they fall out.. $100.00 in the drain, as I needed a workout earphone. I got a book reading, sedatary earphone.

Ease of use, specifically the voice, and music controls have a learning curve to master, and are finicky at best, unreliable at worst. Turning on noise canceling was near impossible. It randomly cut without warning. Listening to music was the easiest use of the earphones.

You must take them in and out a few times until they connect back to the case. Unfortunately i missed the return by date so now im stuck with them.

Posted .Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help to isolate the issue. First, you may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. We also recommend cleaning the contacts with the tip of a pencil and the eraser at the end of the pencil, as the graphite and rubber can help to re-establish the connection between the earbuds and the case. Next, you may try to reset it. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
