    Purchased them for my Autistic son so he could use them with his iPad. They worked normal for about a week then the right speaker started buzzing and wouldn’t play anything.

You can try to forget/ unpair it and, manually pair it again to your device. If the issue remains, try to connect to a different source device and source app. You can also try to reset your JBL Tune 510 BT by pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue persists, power cycle your headphones by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while it is not plugged into a power source.     They suk. If you really want earmuffs buy something better. The ear cups are tiny and will not stay on your ears if you don't sit perfectly still. The sound quality is worse than any earbud on the market.

    The sound isn't that good. iLive brand has much better sound. My iLive headphone broke in half, JBL was on sale, I woul dgo back to iLive next opportunity.

    I have always been a JBL earphone fan, these were just ok. At the discounted price that I got them there was value there however at full retail price of $49.99 not so much.

    Poor quality, wasteful

    Purchased November 2022, dead as of May 2024. I prefer to use earbuds on a more regular basis so I left these as back up. Well, they no longer send a signal to bluetooth to pair with new devices. Can't do anything because warranty expires after a year. Way too much money to purchase for something that's not going to last.

    we have very bad experience with this headphones. with in 15 days the cushion of both sides broken/removed from head phones. sound quality is not good. my kid is disappointed with these head phones. we want to replace or get the refund. But not sure if we can do that without original packing box which we have alrady thrown.

    these might be great with a phone but not with a computer. they mic picks up everything and the sound would go in and out

    The guy that i asked questions was more worried about selling me the most expensive headphone then actually help me find one in my price range and then i walked around some more that I ended up finding this headphone. It was for my autistic brother that needed it and my mom couldn’t afford and expensive one. This was my first time and probably my last time buying something from this location.

    STOPPED WORKING AFTER 1-1.5 MONTHS!

    After using them on and off for approximately 1 - 1.5 months, they stopped turning on, and stopped charging. I basically paid $50 for a disposable headset that had a 30-45 day lifespan. I feel like I got GOT!

First, power cycle your headphones by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source to see if the unit will unlock. Next, use another charging cable and power adapter to see if the unit will charge. While it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet then clean the charging port with compressed air.     The volume up button is stuck so my 5 year old could only play sounds at max volume. Bummer. I don’t live close to a Best Buy and the price isn’t really worth the hassle of shipping them for a return.
