Turn on the Bluetooth on your source device and connect the JBL Tune 510BT via Bluetooth. You can also reset your JBL Tune 510BT by pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Volume -" buttons for more than 5 seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. Our JBL Tune 510BT has adjustable headbands, which may adjust how the headphones fit in your head. You might want to check our JBL Live 660NC which is an Ove-Ear Headphone that has larger earpads that fit around your entire ear. If you need more help, please contact JBL customer support.

You can adjust or extend the headbands that best fit your head if they get too clamped. For sound issues, you can reset your headphones by pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Volume -" buttons for more than 5 seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. I have 3 other pair of wired headphones of varying quality, from Beats, Bose and Sony. These are in the upper middle class for sure. I was surprised at the bass response on my test song that I'm very familiar with. I haven't tested battery life since I'll never use them for more than a few hours a week. My only compliant is the placement of the charging port. It's on the top of the left eat cup, which makes them impossible to use while charging. These are 7/10 for me.
