    Right ear speaker no longer working. Connected to phone and TV. Still tge same issue. Tried reset. Nope. Connacted best buy under extended warranty. Tech appointment scheduled. Others have complained about same issue. Maybe bad “batch”?

    Haven't opened the box yet because they are a gift but i bought the same exact pair in white for my daughter and they are amazing! Durable, long lasting, comfortable and reliable. Very satisfied.
