Great bass just unfortunate sound quality

I had these headphones for about 3 or 4 months and my left ear bud have very low volume. I went to the website and followed all the instructions and even factory reset it for it to still now work properly.

They work if your stationary and not moving at all, other wise they work themselves from your ear channels and fall out!

They don't stay in your ears while running, if I yawn they fall out, they barely connect half the time, you have to carry the charger to reboot them 18 times to get sound back. F these save your money!!!!

To give you the best seal and secure fit, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Kinda regret not buying the 2 year warranty.
