While I love the earbuds themselves, my case broke about 3 months after purchase — even though it sits on my bedside nightstand most of the time. Not sure what happened, but the 2 pieces that broke off are the thinnest parts of the case. It still charges, but it’s a pain.

Bad product, only useful for a month, traveled to Guatemala and back and is not charging anymore
Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune Flex, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

Great active noise cancellation. It feels very lightweight but surprised by the sound of this. Great mics as there are 4. It was important for me to be able to take calls in loud place or as I'm walking /driving. Sits comfortably but I haven't used the silicone tips yet. I like that I've used it over 2 weeks and just charged it for the first time. Has excellent battery life.
We appreciate your feedback. If you're pairing a new source device, make sure the Bluetooth is enabled on the device and select "JBL Tune Flex" in your phone's Bluetooth settings. To manual pair, tap either left or right earbud twice and hold on the second tap for 5 seconds. If the problem continues, reset the earbuds and try pairing again. To reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap right earbud two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You can also try connecting the earbuds to another device to see if the issue is with the source device or the earbuds. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support at (877) 871-6755 / Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (ET) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (ET).

The primary reason I bought these was because I needed them for work and had a preference for earbuds that did not have a silicone tip seal so that is how I will be judging these buds.
First, I very much enjoy the compact case but I do not like how much it bulges out. You might as well be putting a river stone in your pocket because if Apple got one thing right, it was making the Airpods case as flat as possible. But I did enjoy the other accessories like the usb c cable and the extra sealing tips just in case you needed to make better use of the noise cancelling capabilities of these buds.
Now, I just need to say that I rarely if ever have the need for noise cancelling because some times I just need to ear my surroundings which is why the standard fit of these appealed to me. Having a non-sealing tip was rather helpful and rather comfortable too. Sure, turning up the volume more or less makes up for the lack of seal, but the absence of silicone that doesn't constantly press against the tender flesh of my ear is another bonus.
Sound is fairly subjective but I will say that these are bassy even for a set of nice earbuds. They don't get to the point of being muddy but thankfully the app allows you to tone down the bass and bring up the treble a little more. With the tuning it became much more manageable and less muddy. Again, I am using these because they have the option to not have a silicone tip seal so I can't speak to how they sound with them, but the app does let you tune the sound based on if you want the open fit or sealed fit.
Overall, these will be staying at my work desk and I will have no issues with using them for hours at a time. These will be more preferable for spoken work things like audiobooks and podcasts, but they can still throw out music at a reasonable sound quality.
Excellent sound & quality you can always count on!

Great sound & quality you can always count on with JBL products! Very easy to set up & use! The app with an equalizer was a cherry on top! The charger works fast & has good run time too. I have tiny ear canals so I was surprised to find these not only fit, but stayed in! The only thing that kept me from giving them 5 stars is that every tiny touch changed the settings, which I found quite annoying so I went with a different JBL product. This design is foreign to me though so I'm sure someone familiar with it will find great joy in using them!

Best earbuds I've ever used (I've never tried more expensive buds). Sound good, fit well. Noise cancellation doesn't work well if there's a breeze(it amplifies wind noise). Occasionally they don't charge in the case unless you jiggle and reseat them. Overall, they do what they're supposed to do.

Perfect for my needs. Sound, fit, price, battery life, and overall quality was great. Would've rated 5 stars, however, unfortunately, I can no longer use them as they irritate the skin in my ears. It started happening when I wore them for more than a couple hours. I have since read about others who had the same issue.

Great little headphones with good sound quality. These fit my ears way better than airpods ever did ( i had both 1st gen airpods and 1st gen airpod pros) i had to buy multiple different ear tips for fatigue and pain. i like to listen to music while designing at work. having the open ear tips is great for work and pairing it with ambient aware when i need gives me the ability to not have to take off my headphones but still listen clearly. and when i go on flights or am in public where i dont want to hear ambient noise the sealing ear tips alone work perfect ( all active noise cancelling i have used gives me massive headaches). personally i am not a big fan of the matte plastic but i love the black look all around.

The JBL Tune Flex True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds promise a combination of great sound quality, advanced noise cancellation, and a comfortable fit. As a prosumer, I look for products that offer high performance without breaking the bank. Here’s an in-depth review of these earbuds based on my experience.
Design and Build Quality
The JBL Tune Flex earbuds feature a sleek and modern design. They come with a compact, lightweight charging case that easily fits into a pocket or bag. The earbuds themselves are ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in the ear, and they come with multiple sizes of ear tips to ensure a snug fit for different ear shapes.
The build quality feels solid. The earbuds have an IPX4 rating, making them resistant to sweat and light rain, which is perfect for workouts or commuting. The case has a sturdy feel with a magnetic lid that ensures the earbuds stay secure when not in use.
Sound Quality
Sound quality is where the JBL Tune Flex truly shines. The earbuds deliver a well-balanced sound profile with clear mids, crisp highs, and punchy bass. Whether you’re listening to classical music, rock, or podcasts, the audio experience is immersive and enjoyable. The JBL Pure Bass sound technology really enhances the low-end frequencies, making bass-heavy tracks sound powerful without being overwhelming.
Noise Cancelling and Transparency Mode
The active noise cancelling (ANC) feature is highly effective at blocking out ambient noise, making these earbuds great for use in noisy environments like public transport or busy offices. The ANC significantly reduces background noise, allowing you to focus on your music or calls.
Additionally, the Transparency Mode is a handy feature that lets you hear your surroundings without taking off the earbuds. This is useful for staying aware of your environment while walking or when you need to have a quick conversation.
Battery Life
Battery life is impressive, with up to 8 hours of playback on a single charge with ANC off, and around 6 hours with ANC on. The charging case provides an additional 18 hours of battery life, so you can get through a full day without needing to find an outlet. The earbuds also support quick charging, giving you about an hour of playback with just a 10-minute charge.
Connectivity and Controls
The JBL Tune Flex earbuds use Bluetooth 5.2 for a stable and reliable connection. Pairing is straightforward, and the connection remains strong even when moving around. The earbuds also support dual connect, allowing you to use either earbud independently.
Touch controls on the earbuds are intuitive and responsive, letting you manage playback, adjust volume, take calls, and activate voice assistants with ease. The touch sensitivity is well-calibrated, minimizing accidental touches.
Call Quality
Call quality is generally good, with clear audio on both ends. The noise-cancelling microphones help to reduce background noise during calls, making your voice sound clearer to the person on the other end.
App Support
The JBL Headphones app provides additional customization options, including EQ settings, ANC level adjustments, and firmware updates. The app is user-friendly and enhances the overall experience by allowing you to tailor the sound to your preferences.
Price and Value
Given its features and performance, the JBL Tune Flex True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds offer excellent value for money. They provide a premium listening experience at a mid-range price point, making them an attractive option for prosumers who want high-quality audio without the premium price tag.
Conclusion
The JBL Tune Flex True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds are a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a combination of great sound quality, effective noise cancellation, and a comfortable fit. With solid build quality, impressive battery life, and useful features like Transparency Mode and customizable controls, they stand out in the crowded market of wireless earbuds. Whether you’re a music lover, a commuter, or someone who takes frequent calls, these earbuds are worth considering.

The sounds is good, I could hear enough bass. Fit is good, too. I’m not used to it being loose, even with the in eat attachment. But so far it has not fallen out even when mowing the lawn. Connects fast and automatically. It maintained connection even after walking in the house and to the garage, leaving the phone 25-35 feet away in the backyard.

I've gone through so many pair of headphones it's frkn crazzii, but I can honestly say these are a good pair of headphones for the price. noise cancelling is mainly what I look for when I look for a pair of headphones and of course battery life. These headphones are good for it. Make sure to get insurance for them if you can afford it. My favorite feature is the equalizer it's important to be able to control bass and treble and at such a good price. Good pick if you don't want to spend a lot of money. Only reason I gave a 4 star is because sometimes the right earphone won't connect automatically and I have to go through a reconnecting process which is kind of annoying. You may have to go through the pairing process a few times...

Just purchased these as an alternative to the air pods that I seem to always misplace. I love the fit, you can change out the gels but for me, these are very close to the original headphones Apple used to provide.
Call quality is good, sound is awesome, battery life does not disappoint.
Battery life is clearly indicated on the face of the case, you do have the tap function to pause music. I am sure there are many features but for me these do the trick.
