These are great earbuds. The case is small and they come with interchangable ear tips. They have good battery life along with the case. They make listening to music and watching shows on your devices easy and comfortable. They connect easily to anything bluetooth.

Significant volume adjustments and authentic sound vocals. Fits the ears solidly for audio sound and clear voices for calls, outgoing and incoming on iPhone.

These are very well made better than the air pods that fit inside my ear canal, quality of sound is great volume seems to be good but wish they could be a lil better

These are really comfortable and sound very good. Easy to setup and charge in their neat little case that you just drop them in. A little quirky with connections sometimes but very happy with my purchase

Exceptional sound quality and a perfect fit for those with petite ear canals like mine. These earbuds cater to those who struggle with traditional options. Unfortunately, after about six months of daily use, the left earbud ceased to produce audio, possibly influenced by my work conditions or a potential manufacturing defect. Other than that they’re definitely worth their money if you’re looking for something similar (actually a lot better) than AirPods!

Personally I love to hear my treble mids and some base.
For the price and if you’re on a budget, not a bad set of wireless ear buds.
They are good and ok for someone who is not as picky as me, when it comes to music.
Mr husband used them for a bit but went with his galaxy ear buds instead.
They feel comfortable and when you make calls, they are clear .
I would definitely suggest these JBL’s for the price. Not bad at all. A little too treble for me but hey, that’s my opinion.

I recently tried out JBL products, and I found them to be quite good overall. The sound quality is solid, making for an enjoyable listening experience. I appreciated how easy it was to pair the devices and turn them off when needed. The battery life is also decent, which is a nice feature for extended use. Overall, it seems like a reliable choice for audio equipment!
We're here to help with your JBL Tune Flex TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Please contact our customer support for assistance.

Really good sound quality for the price. Not only are they noise cancelling but are comfortable. They have a good battery life as well.

I purchased these to keep in my office so they’re there when I want to get out and take a walk. I would not purchase these as my primary in ear headphones. Some others have mentioned that the touch controls on these earbuds are sensitive and I agree with that. It’s very easy - and very annoying - to cycle through the various listening modes (noise cancelling/talk-through/etc) when you’re just trying to adjust the buds in your ear. The sound in these are terrific and I’d say they’re a step below AirPods Pro noise cancelling. I’d also say that the Bluetooth connecting and swapping between devices is clunky. It’s particularly annoying when you’re coming from Beats or Apple headphones used across your other Apple devices. Ultimately, at their price - which is generally less than half of what AirPods Pro or Beats Studio in ear - these are definitely good enough. But don’t buy these expecting them to be on par with Beats Studio In ear or AirPods Pro.

Good sound. Not the best JBL headphones I have ever had sound wise but good enough. Battery life is good but the noise cancelling is not great. Pass through sometimes acts up where one will go silent for a bit then come back. If you don't need them much for either noise cancelling or pass through they are very good.

Sound quality is pretty good and the charge lasts pretty long with the case. It was easy to connect to both the phone and PC. I would recommend to get them on sale if possible.
