Overall AMAZING for the price, super comfortable for people who dont like their ears being plugged. Sound quality is great, when using the JBL app to adjust the EQ, if the audio volume was able to go just a bit higher, it wouldve been 5 stars.

JBL hit it out the park with this earbuds for the price are very affordable good quality sound they are well built they feel like a premium well built product like JBL had they Costumers are usued to to me is a 5 five start product from JBL

I got these for my son who is in college, and he thinks they are fantastic. He has Bose muffs already, but wanted earbuds. He said the noise canceling is perfect for studying and drowning out his roommates. They stay charged for long periods of time and work great.

Heavy bass and sound quality is decent, had to return since it just didn’t fit my ears as well as I hoped. If your into heavy bass than these are good for that as long as they fit your ears.

Easy set-up. Good bass and sounds. Great. Connects faster than my other Bluetooth buds. Bought for my mom so I am unaware of exact battery life. Long time JBL home entertainment fan. Makes me happy to see their earbuds are of quality. Noise reduction is not comparable to higher end buds. Not what I bought them for. Spend more of you want noise cancelling

Great fit for people like me that are looking for an alternative to ear-insert buds. Sound quality on phone calls has been great. I love that the app shows the battery level of both the buds and the case. My only complaint is that my hair brushing against the outside of the buds is amplified by the active listening.

Earphones were actually decent, not too big and good sound. Basic tier but does the job and stays in ear. Buds are a little uncomfortable if I’m for a long time , and super sensitive to touch, but other than that I was happy with the product for sure

Love how they sound and feel on my ears, normally I get headaches from wearing earbuds for a long time but these don't do that.

Charges well and keeps charge. Sound quality is good. Not easy to take out of it's designed for charger! Connectivity to bluetooth on Android somewhat challenging. Connectivity to desktop WinOS somewhat challenging, and/or difficult.

Its has been a good product, but after using for about less than an a year, the right pod volume decreased by half. It wasn't because of not cleaning for sure. I would recommend buying it.

Excellent ear-pods, they fit me very well and the sound is good, always improvable...if there was anything else to improve, I think about the noise cancelling...I still can't find the right bubble to really cancel it completely.

I like the way that they sit in my ear. However sometimes they may fall out, But they feel better than those that plug your ears. And The sound quality is very good! Also, the batter life is exceptional!

I got these as a follow up to losing my AirPods. Had them for 6 months, no complaints to be honest. They gave great sound quality and you can adjust the sound settings with the JBL app too. I returned to AirPods since I needed better AirPods for editing, but I use them here and there for other tasks.

Great earbuds? I love the way they fit and sound quality was really good. Unfortunately I lost them but they were great until then. I would recommend them to others. The price was great
