Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Your JBL Tune Flex comes with one open ear tip and 3 sizes of sealing eartips. To give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. If you need more help, please contact us.

Additionally, if you receive or make a call while connected, it disconnects immediately after answering. It’s also not very comfortable to wear. Mine stopped working after three months and no longer holds a charge.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune Flex. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. Also, when answering the call, change the audio route setting in Settings. The app makes everything far more interesting and the control is seamless. I always wanted to have an app with the ability to change the settings on my headphones. They also fall out constantly. I’ve tried every ear bud suction cup and they still don’t stay in. I hate the buttons on them too. They fall out so much I had to turn off the controls bc it would pause my music putting them back in and not hit play again when I touched them again. Most frustrating head phones I’ve ever had. I hate them so much lol
