A little upset

They have like a static noise after being on the phone about 30 minutes. It could be because I have an iPhone or something but this is a first time I ever had this issue with a product. So unfortunately I have to return them. I got them on sale. Amazing price! Amazing case size! I hate they don’t work like I dreamed they would.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune Flex, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer like JBL Headphones App on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Terrible noise cancelling technology

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. In order for our JBL Tune Flex to give you the best audio response and noise reduction, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. First, try to angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. It is best to try this with all of the provided sealing ear tip sizes until you find the one that accomplishes this most easily. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

One month and already not working

Its 11/29/2024 andI have one headphone that is just no longer working. I give the 1* because they arent allowing a return only offering me to talk to support. Great way for me to have wasted the 70 bucks I spent on them.

If they're not charging, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on both the case and the earbuds using a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. Charging issues are often caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts, such as sweat, grease, or earwax. Please ensure that the pins are dry before placing the earbuds back in the case. frustratingly awful

They never turn off when put them back in the case so i find them dead after continuing to run for hours. Physical activity is impossible with these as they will not stay in my ears no matter which size tip i use, if i bend over even a little they start working their way out.

Defective JBL earbuds

Has happened using Youtube, Microsoft Teams etc. I've only had them since Mid July 2024 and BestBuys says they are past the return date.

Disappointing

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Tune Flex. Please make sure that there's no other devices connected to your earbuds as well as to your phone. We recommend doing a factory reset. To do this, tap one of the earbuds three times then on the third tap hold it for five seconds. Remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair them again. Very Disappointing - Who Designed This Crap????

I had the previous version and they were good. This is absolute trash. The sound is awful and there is very little noise cancelling. Calls sound like you are listening to analog.

First, forget/unpair the headphones on your device, then manually pair the headphones with your device and see if this resolves your problem. Next, make sure that your "JBL Tune Flex" is selected as the audio source and not "Phone" or "Speaker". You may also try different apps ( WhatsApp, Messenger, and Phone app) or connect it to a different device (phone/tablet/music player/etc). Last is reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. For our JBL Tune Flex, please try using a different USB cable and USB charger (preferably one with a minimum 2 amp rating), as well as unplugging and re-plugging the cable from your device. The product's charging port may also become clogged with sand or grit. Examine the port. If necessary, use compressed air to clean. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

Poor fit, noise cancelling is poor

They fall out instantly, Im not sure if these are even designed for the human ear. Also doesn't seem to have any noise cancelling although the earbuds announce noise cancellation when using them.

Don't buy

The right one is ok up to the 3rd month, then the same thing happened.
