Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.sound quality is fine. the buttons are tiny and highly sensitive so I'm constantly turning something on or off inadvertently. it's pretty annoying. also there are different audio settings, but I can't tell the difference between any of them. also the ear buds are tucked tightly into the case so they're not so easy to take out or put back in (and there's the same issue of the buttons)

I ended up exchanging them for a new pair and Best Buy made the whole process quick and easy! The new pair works perfectly and they pair very easily to our devices. I would recommend.
