Love these headphones…the battery lasts long and the sound quality is amazing and I couldn’t appreciate the app it comes with more, it makes regulating the sound so easy as well as tracking your battery percentage.

My daughter just loves these headphones. Tried others but they just didn’t sound as good! She won’t use any other brand. The Best Buy warranty! It’s definitely worth it! When her headphones broke, it just ruined her day. Glad I was able to just return the broken pair and got a replacement through the 2 year warranty I purchased! Thanks Best Buy!

Quality sound and fits comfortably. The JBL app that lets you customize sound preferences is cool, but it could be a little more explanatory for novice users.

Overall very reliable headphones seems to be noise canceling which i love x10 so that’s a big plus and it lasts all day

I love them. The 4 star is for little issues. 1st-> Yes the headset can be adjusted. But it does not take in count those with a lot of hair. I have it maxed out and still just okay. 2nd-> The ear cushions. One popped off and I tried to use the youtube directions, but 3 of us still could not make it go. So it is double-sided taped. Soo much fun

Some devices we use tend to not be as loud as we expect. The best thing about this device is that it cancels the street noise in my calls to others and the call quality is great and they can hear my voice crystal clear.
