It's really ridiculous. I'm doing everything to the T in terms of instructions and the command buttons on the ear buds don't work. Especially since you need them to manually sync the buds to each other. Really disappointing given the price. Sound quality is fair for JBL but clarity still unmatched by Beats. For this price just stick to Powerbeats headphones.

Although the Bluetooth distance inst that good. But she still loves them.

I really wish they would've worked out, but the noise was too much & ultimately I returned them and opted for the J-Bird Vista.

Perfect soundproof and the option to hear around with one touch is a plus. Nice carrying/charging case. Well build, they don't look cheap.
