This is not one of the better wireless headphones. Doesn’t alert you when the battery is running low.

I was pleasantly surprised with these - the neckband is actually pretty lightweight compared to other sets I've tried. That makes these a pleasure to wear when working out and really, just listening to anything in general. I didn't have any issues with these staying in my ears when working out, even when getting sweaty. The sound is quite good as well, I actually find it equal to some more expensive competitor units on the market. I recommend this headset to anyone wanting a set to hang on your neck - these are lightweight and aren't annoying to have on your neck all day.

Gift for my nephew so he can take the calls as well as listen to music without the distraction of holding a phone.

do not buy this headset. Worst blue tooth that I have owned.

They were horrible for phone conversations but ok for listening to music. I returned them.

Always having hard time turning the power on/off or receiving calls.

These headphones were a disappointment. I have used them for a year now. They are difficult to turn on and off. On my last attempt to turn off, the on/off switch came apart. The sound quality is not better than headphones that were less expensive by $20 to $30. I would

These headphones are really great for running and biking. I wasn't sure how they would feel on my shoulder but I actually like it much better than a wire that moves around every time you move your head. Plus I run in the dark so the flashing light is a great addition. In my opinion, the flex shell that sits on your neck is the reason the battery life is 3 times better than other headphones, and to me is a great tradeoff. Also, these headphones are ideal for when you wear a helmet. You can take them out of your ear and the magnets hold the earbuds together so they don't swing around. Also, I use headphones with no wires between them and they have a tendency to fall out when you wear a helmet or a hat. These solve that problem. Regarding the sound. The volume is more substantial than other JBL wireless headphones I've had so I'm thankful for that. Also, the quality of the sound is good. The bass is not great but they definitely don't sound tinny or cheap. For songs that have good bass they do sound great. The headphones are easy to use. The buttons are very firm so you really have to press hard to use, but you get used to it. Also, the Bluetooth connection works great. I did have a sound glitch the second time I wore them whereby the sound turned off every time I looked back and to the left on my bike. At first I thought that was part of the "run safe" mode but turned out it was a glitch. It didn't happen again and JBL tech support was quick to respond to my concerns. Overall, I am pleased with these headphones and would recommend them.

Perfect to use and does what it suppose to do. It also was priced well.

Iam on the phone a lot, where them all the time, no complaints never hd a problem

Very quiet Earbuds .... keeps the noise out, so that you can hear who's talking

I had a previous UA branded set of earbuds that were not the most comfortable things. These are unbelievably comfortable. The previous UA branded earbuds did not have the greatest sound. These sound fantastic. The previous UA branded earbuds had poor battery life. These last 12 hours on a full charge. UA pairing with JBL is a perfect union. My UA faith is restored. A few neat features: - The flex zones on the neckband make for a very comfortable fit. Some neckband styled headsets are too tight while others are too loose. Finally someone came up with a neat solution on adjusting the band. - There are 3 options for the ear cups that seem to fit almost any sized ear. Why is this neat? Mostly the design of the cup and wing fitting. - Run Safe Mode that lights up the neckband for nighttime visibility. Anyone driving up on you from behind will definitely notice you with 3 different strobe options. - Quick charge, get an hours charge in about 5 minutes on the charger. A couple drawbacks/suggestions: - I would like to see an app that gives some controls over the headset - Maybe allow a constant light on the neck band - A battery indicator, although Android O gives this info in the BT connection. - The buttons have an odd feel. They make you want to press harder than you need to press. Overall...HIGHLY recommended. Love the sound and the feel/fit.

The JBL headphone were great but the headphones did nit last for long

I have to preface this by saying that I notoriously hate canal-buds or anything that goes INTO my ear rather than a standard earbud, but these provide a decent balance to both worlds without the discomfort I've come to associate with canal-buds. This headset is following the trend of many of the headsets out there with that "U" shaped design that rests on your neck rather than having a wire to your phone. The U is very lightweight and has an adjustable design to fit different people. It was easy to pair and set up, no more difficult than any other bluetooth headset. This headset comes with 4 total ear gels which are reasonably easy to swap, with the smallest being mostly just enough to cover the plastic of the headphone speaker without invading your ear too much. The springy portion that holds the headphone in your ear is quite comfortable and works on many different ear sizes. My wife has very small ears and still found it to be comfortable. Sound quality is decent, if nothing to write home about. With the volume turned up a bit it has reasonable response, though the bass is definitely weaker than most headsets I've used recently. The quality of the construction is passable, though with the resizing capability of the "U" portion, it feels a bit cheap. The plastic feels thin and like it could be easily broken. Overall it's a reasonable headset without really excelling at anything. It's comfortable with passable sound quality, but that's really all I can say about it. For the money there are probably many better options.
