I have only had these for a couple of months and they have already stopped working. When they did work the volume didn't go very high, and has zero noise canceling when talking to someone on the phone. Will never buy one of their products again.

the good: - really nice sounding pair of in ears. a bit of a V shape to the sound spectrum, but not overbalanced in any one area. big full sound, plenty of volume. - good battery life at 11 hours. - comfort / fit - i wear these as my daily drivers, no discomfort after all day use. nice stable fit without being too tight. great for being active - call quality - no complaints from anyone i’ve spoken to, whether connected to the phone or to my laptop. - LED - wrap around LED light on the back of the neck band for running when it’s dark out. - easy to find and use controls. the bad: - only connect to one device simultaneously. the ability to connect to a second (e.g. phone and laptop) is becoming relatively commonplace in this price range. not a deal breaker, but really convenient to have. - maybe a bit nit picky, but a carrying case is not included, though admittedly i’m not sure what kind of a case would work for this style with the neckband. if you travel and need to just throw them in your bag, may or may not travel well. overall: - solid performing, definitely recommended. giving 5 stars on comfort and sound quality alone. more accurate would probably be 4.5 stars for the inability to connect to 2 devices at once.

Not the best ones I've had, magnets are weak so when not in use they dont lock together well and get in the way. Also when in use mine always rotate to the left and end up falling off my neck. Also, on/off button isnt conviniet at all

Ear buds do not hold anywhere near the hours of charge advertised. Also even if you are only eight feet away from paired device the earbuds cut out and in and become extremely staticky if you turn your head to the left or right

I'm a runner, and I've been through my fair share of headphones. The UA Sport Wireless Flex is my favorite by far. What separates them from the pack for me is neck band. I wasn't sure about it at first as I've owned lightweight in the ear, earbuds, etc, but not a neckband style. What the neckband does is lend a base that can house the electronics, sizable battery, and LED light while taking that weight and spreading it across the base of your neck. That said, this isn't a heavy set of headphones by any means, but it helps make the earbuds feel weightless. For me this is a killer feature, as I've always had problems keeping an earbud in my ear during running. After a mile or two my ears swell a bit and it gets harder to keep them in my ears, especially with the weight of a cable and heavier earbuds. These float in my ears with little to no strain. In my last few runs (5-6 miles max, it's my off-season) not only do they stay in place, but they hardly moved. The lightweight cable between the neckband and earbuds is strong, despite some other reviewers concerns, it feels like it will survive in all but open gym bags without any problem. The neckband also brings an LED light, which is to raise awareness on the road. I'm definitely one for early morning runs, so any thing that can increase my visibility is welcome, but frankly - don't rely on this LED band alone. There is only an LED on the rear headband area, so no front LED coverage. I have a light vest which offers a much better visibility. I suppose if you're an off-road runner it could help bikers see you as they approach from behind, but it doesn't offer a whole lot of light. It does offer several settings: constant blinking, 2x1 second blinks followed by a 1 second pause, and 3x1 second blinks followed by a 1 second pause and off. You can change it by pressing the microphone button briefly. Another positive is the buttons. You get volume on one side, which is convenient. The buttons aren't the easiest to press, but are responsive. The other side (left side) has the power/play/pause combo button, and microphone button. You can use the microphone button to not only change the light effect, but also start your voice assistant, which is a handy feature given the running nature of these headphones. Battery life is solid. I've barely charged them since getting them. Needless to say, unless you're an ultra runner you're not going to have to worry about it dying mid-run. Sound wise, they're top notch. Some might complain about the 'lack of bass' - which I think is crazy. They sound amazing (be sure to get a good seal to your ears). EDM especially pops well, as there is definitely a power EQ curve built in. Mids are slightly muddy with some boominess to bass, but not as exaggerated as certain brands. Given the workout focus, they're just about perfect. I found them plenty loud while at rest. During road running I kept them around 50% volume which was comfortable without completely drowning out the world. I do have some problem with closed sealed earbuds and running - since being aware of your surroundings is so important road running. That said, unless you're wearing open air cans, you're going to be closing yourself off sound wise to the world, so I make sure to take one earbud out in busier areas. The general build is solid. The earbuds themselves being housed in metal, feel quite premium. The ability to pair them together magnetically is nice, but somewhat limited feature. The neckband flexes (hence the name) which allows you to adjust the neckband to stay put. Unless you have a tiny neck, you can use this to keep the neckband from moving too much during a workout. I have a fairly thick neck, so I had no problem keep it in place. The plastic on the neckband is a smooth plastic. Any surface that is designed to come in contact with your skin has a rubber texture to it, which kept it comfortable. Again, I barely felt the neckband during my run, and while I haven't run with it during a half or full yet, it seems like it would not be a problem. All in all it's worth a purchase. It offers excellent sound, comfort, battery life, and functionality without any gimmicks or useless features. I highly recommend this headset.

The performance of the JBL-Under Armour Sport Wireless headphones is good. The pairing of the headphones is easy, while the box directions aren’t super clear; nonetheless, they’re easy to pair. I was quite surprised that the neckband is relatively light. At first glance, it looks to be heavy and cumbersome, but it is not. I am an early morning power walker and I’ve worn these for the last couple of days. I have my music on Dropbox whose app is on my cell phone. The sound produced from the headphones is clear and concise, I didn’t experience any cutouts, frequency inconsistencies, etc. I like the fact, JBL included various sizes of earbuds for users’ comfort. Overall, I commend JBL on creating a good product in Under Armour’s name!

Got the JBL Under Armour Sport Flex Wireless In-Ear Behind the Neck Headphones and love them. They are extremely comfortable and lightweight. I took a brisk walk with them after charging for about 10 minutes and they lasted the entire hour of my walk. I can't wait to see how long they last on a full charge. The sound quality seems good but I really can't review that because I generally listen to audiobooks and you don't even need stereo for that. They also include the RunSafe LED so you can be seen at night. I don't walk after dark so it isn't something I would use but would be very beneficial for walkers or runners at dusk or after dark. My favorite thing is how comfortable they feel. I did not have any issues connecting with my Bluetooth device following the directions. There is an app included but I haven't tried it. I really like these wireless headphones and see myself using them everyday.
