The headphones have very good sound quality. Once they are on your neck they don’t stay in place. If you don’t pay attention while wearing they will fall off. Headphones are not heavy enough to stay in place. At times the sound cuts off from the headset back to the phone.

My son had LG headphones and he was very happy. We went to replace them after they broke and Best Buy does not warranty lg products anymore. So he went with these. His only complaint is there not as comfortable as the lg, however sound is equivalent.

I use these bluetooth headphones while driving and while doing stuff around the house. These headphones have buttons at both ends to turn it on/off, control volume and answer calls among other things. The buttons are incredibly hard to press. I'm amazed that this product passed testing and it was okayed to be put out in the market. It also randomly disconnects from my phone so I find myself reconnecting it multiple times during the day. Lastly the headphones "dance" around my neck if I don't have the earpieces in my ears. I have never had that issue with my previous wireless headphones (similar style). It might be a weight distribution issue. Sound is ok. The body feels sturdy. Fast charging and long battery life are the only good features. Overall disappointed with these headphones.

Not very durable. Wear mine off and on all day(working). In 6 months I've already had 2. The part that bends around your neck was always what I had trouble with. Besides that they were great. Ppl heard me clear and in return what I heard was clear.

My husband bought these primarily for listening to music. The sound quality is awesome for music but not so much for talking on the phone. Hard to hear him when there is background noise. Not a deal breaker. I will be buying another for myself soon.

I have been using earbuds ever since they have been available. I spend lots of time in the car and do woodworking where I need good sound cancellation and where the earbuds don't fall out when I bend over. The only good thing about these is that they are good at noise cancellation and stay in my ears. The Bluetooth connection is horrible to the point where if I put my phone in my pocket, they cut out frequently. It is even worse when I walk. Unbelievable. I don't live near Best Buy, but I am taking them back asap.

These are worn daily and have been for 2 months. Just as happy today as I was on day one. Sound quality is fantastic and they are durable. No more replacing headsets after a couple months.

I got it as a gift for my brother. I love the design. He said the sound quality is really great and much better than the other competitors. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

The sound quality is good the ear buds fit great and it feels good around my neck The reason for the one star and the reason why I am returning these is the bluetooth connection consistantly disconnects I can't pull over and try to connect every few minutes and the controls are not user friendly you have to push really hard to get them to respond almost like they are worn out. Also the packaging is nice but like I read in another review to snug could break the wires just to get them out of the foam.

These didn't last any longer than the LG pairs I have owned. Without the retractable cords for the earbuds, I liked them less. Sound was REALLY good for the time they held up.

These headphones are the best ones I’ve ever purchased. They stay in my ear and are not coming out until I take them out. Sound quality is excellent.

in my opinion these are run-of-the-mill nothing special headset my first one I returned because it was no longer able to connect with my phone within a matter of 3 weeks

Had good sound quality and decent call quality. My issues were the neck band. Was too stiff around the neck. Didn't sit comfortably on me and I didnt like the bottom placement.

The sound was good but the neckband was stiff and the ear bud magnets were not very strong. They were good when in use but annoying when not being used.

This headphones are very good. Nice sound quality, good connectivity, work fine as hands free, and water/sweat resistant

These headphone have a good sound quality. I wish the wires did not dangle but could be put up so they did not get tangled with my hair when not in use.

I truly love these. I listen to audio books mostly, but I also enjoy dubstep from time to time. I only wish they didn't disconnect so often.

Great wireless headset for listening to music while working out or talking on your phone while driving. The speakers provide the amazing clarity!

The JBL- Under Armour Sports Flex Wireless headphones are the go to pair for me when I go running now. They are incredibly comfortable and fit very snug in my ear. I don't have to worry about them falling out and I sweat a lot and they still don't fall out of my ear. It is also worth noting that they are IPX5 certified and have advanced nano coating which Under Armour suggests gives it extreme protection against sweat which is really great for me. The sound quality is also great which I was surprised by. The bass is surprisingly punchy and they get very loud which I love for indoor treadmill runs. The neckband isn't just a regular neckband with these headphones as they also have an LED light that has three strobe functions for when you are outdoors at night and want to be more visible. It is noticeable from a distance and I always have it on when I'm running outdoors at night. The only knock I have on the headphones is that they feel very cheap. The buttons for volume and playback are difficult to press at times and the neckband does not feel very sturdy but that's where the FLEX comes in. They are able to bend to so that they fit your neck. I do like that they can do that but the neckband still moves around when playing basketball which isn't a big deal because it's easily fixed. Overall, the great sound and comfort of these headphones are what do it justice for me. The battery life is also top notch at 12 hours and can give you 1 hour of music with just a 5 minute charge! I definitely recommend this pair of headphones and they will be difficult to replace for my workouts and runs.

I want to say that I love these, and at times I do. I’ve noticed the microphone is not so great for calls. I’ll switch to my basic apple headphones and get far better results. The band works well for about a month and then becomes flimsy. Just from normal walking around I’ll realize the band is hanging near my back. I don’t regret buying them, though knowing what I know now I would have gone with a different pair unless these were 20-30 bucks cheaper.
