The sound of the headphones are great. They move around to much for my liking

These earbuds fit nicely in ear different sizes allow for comfort fit.

Works great. Easy to pair to device. Lasts longer than regular earbuds.

I was not a fan of these headphones. They have different sizes for the ear, neither worked for me. I hated the ear pieces always hanging. I was not a fan of the blinking light on them either. I am a night owl and dont want the blinking light to wake my kids or husband when I am doing different things around the house while they sleep.

Really good quality! Great for everyday use and workouts!

....it has a awkward fit. The way the earbuds fit didn’t work for me. Wasn’t a sug fit unless I jammed them in, but it would be sore after wearing for awhile. I eventually returned them as I didn’t want to have pain accompanied with wearing them. I’m sure if your ear conforms to them, they would be fine

I bought this because I had my air pods stolen And I was tired of trying everything else. Well it’s all the same crap doesn’t connect disconnect so they can hear you I can’t hear them would not buy at all I don’t even want to give it two stars

Chaos getting 2 year replacement f th on store ...Reordered it from Brooklyn NY distribution center only to receive box w different types tape on it and bottom half cut open ..and find boxes for headsets ripped open n both are missing ..got empty boxes n chargers lol ...must have been distribution center ...Expensive for best buy to replace ..but came through n sent both replacement headsets shipped separately..thank you for th as t ...certain best buy pays fairly for work performed but really ....such an insult to find empty 2 cartons in shipped n taped n retaped box ...customer service is top notch ...Thanks through it all ...still the go to store for anything electronic purchase or service ....Robert D Driver

Not retractable bluetooth. They are ok for awhile.

My son plays basktball with these, & golfs. They don't fall out with the variety of earpieces that it comes with. He didn't think he'd like the neck piece, but now loves it...he doesn't even know it's there. Sound quality is great.

The headset seems to work ok but they tend to twist on your neck. I also don't like the way the ear pieces hand all the time. I can't tell you how many times I've caught them on things including my seatbelt which then makes them twist. Overall, I think they're ok.

I got the JBL Under Armour Bluetooth headphones and the sound quality is great. Also drowns out sound and is very easy to work. Calls are clearer than most Bluetooth devices which is perfect for my desk job. Really great product.

As long as I was listening to music it worked great but if I stopped it would unpair from my phone (iPhone X). Then I used them while cutting grass. Mind you they say sweat resistance. They started making a loud shreeking noise so I tried to turn them off and it would not power down. Brought them inside finally got them to power down. Tried to power back on would not. Left it for a few days to dry out. Never got them to turn back on. I had them for 3 weeks. Luckily I got the protection plan with best buys 2week return policy. Had I not gotten the protection I would have wasted 129 on these.

I truly enjoyed the sound that the JBL speaker brought to the headset but this product was severely lacking in comfort it would often shift and become umcomfortable or fall off while excersising

I purchased these to BT to my MP3 player when working in the yard. Listening to music helps the chores go by faster. It's been 6 months in the Florida heat/humidity and sweat. Sound quality wasn't that great. Once my neck gets a little moist the unit slides around. Three months after purchase the one ear piece or the other will start to crackle & break up if I been my neck too far in either direction. I clip my player onto a belt loop so it isn't a BT range issue. Now it takes 3 times longer to charge the unit which dies after a couple of hours of play time. I'm not happy with these & will be replacing them prior to the next yard work season begins.

The ear buds themselves fit amazing. Snug with no movement, on 1 notch of volume you could hardly hear someone talk. Neckband design is where it all went downhill. The "flex" would not flex enough to fit snugly. And also no vertical movement it would not match the contour of my body. Most neck headsets have weight in the front. Because this one did not, it would never stay in place on my neck. It would easily spin around with just one earbud in. And often fell backwards with minimal movement Would not recommend if you have a small neck. Only would recommend if you plan to stay upright with both buds in. Even bending over makes the band move around

These aren't bad. The part around your neck doesn't fall off, but I find the earbuds very uncomfortable to have in for more than 45 min. Sound quality was good though.

I love the great fit for the ear buds. This headset is very nice, I don't understand why when the battery is fully charged, it loses the connection sometimes for no apparent reason.
