I have a number of bluetooth in-ear headsets and these ones are definitely the most comfortable and provide the best fit. I have had them in my ear for extended periods of time and have no issues. They are weightless and provide very snug fit. The buds that come with the headset out of the box fits me perfect but there are 2 additional sizes available for people with bigger or smaller ears. I haven't really had any runs with these but I walk a lot with them on. The neck band doesn't feel odd and provides good stability overall. The sound is great. I am not an audiophile so can't really dissect the sound quality but to my ears they sound great. They have perfect bass and mid and highs sound very well. So, overall I like these headphones a lot and will recommend them.

After Best Buy informed us we could no longer get a warranty on the LG brand we opted for these and one other brand(we bought 2). The JBLs are not the best at noise cancelling. So far, occasionally they will hang up your call at random and will answer calls if you move them when your phone rings. Not good! The buds are not retractable and a bit bulky. And the worst part, they do not acknowledge that your call has ended or when you have stepped too far from your phone. Not sure if I would buy these again or even keep them! Only good part, I can talk hands free.

Headphones were recommended by store employee and definitely have not been disappointing me at all. i use them on the go all the time and they don't fall out.

The sound quality is great. Very easy to use and connect to phone..My only concern is that is can slide off your neck hard to secure besides that I like it.

I bought these for my dad as a father's day gift and he says he can use them all day without having to charge them so he is very pleased with them.

These are great for work they cancel noise well. I can work with putting in just one if someone is talking to me. they are awesome. The price is right

Been through a dozen or more blue tooth in ear headphones and this may be my favorite so far. The JBL underarmors snugged to my neck better but connectivity was horrid. This set has great connection even at range. The leather neck band makes this super comfy if just a little loose. The only thing that is of minor detail is the buttons do take a bit of getting used to. They are imho, because of big hands, a bit of a struggle being so close together. However within a day of getting used to their feel it all worked itself out.

The JBL / Under Armour Sport Flex headphones are very impressive. My expectations weren't all that high, but boy am I surprised. First, they are packaged very nicely--much better than a competitors around the neck headphones that actually cost more. Props to JBL for not skimping on this aspect. Getting started, the JBLs paired quickly with my phone. Once around my neck, they felt weightless and secure. I did about 30 min of running on the treadmill without any issue. The earbuds always felt secure. My other over the neck headphones are a little too flexible/limp. The JBLs provide just the right amount of rigidity and just the right amount of flex. Additionally, the earbuds are magnetized so they can stick together when not in your ear. This is good if you take them out for a bit, they are flopping all over. Another issue I've experienced with my other pair. As far as sound go, I think these provide a really good sound. It's not going to transport you to the concert hall like a $500 pair might, but they are actually very good. Decent bass with good mids and highs. The silicone tips fit my ear perfectly, but there are other sizes included. I think the fit can make a big difference in the sound you experience so make sure the fit is right for you. Either way, I can tell the hardware behind the tips is quality and will power you through your workout or if you're just sitting at your desk. The charge time is rated at 12 hours. Actual use is pretty close to this. I tried it fully charged and started at 8am. I got about 2 full work days out of it and that's about right with meetings and interruptions. The neckband does have a nice LED light on the back with several different settings. I enjoyed it and found it interesting, but it's probably more of a conversation piece or for show than actually practical. I wouldn't rely on it to catch the attention of some texting driver at night, but I guess every little bit helps. In conclusion, I'd highly recommend these headphones for the active person or someone who just wants a nice set of headphones to wear at work. I don't care to have the over the ear kind as it can mess up my hair and they are so good at isolating me from my environment. These will give you some music to jam to whether you're working out or working on a spreadsheet and can be easily pulled out/put back in if someone pops in for a quick meeting.

I like this headphone, however my issues with it is,the buttons are a bit awkward to press and the ear buds can become uncomfortable on the ears after long use.

These headphones are awesome! They sound great but I’m most impressed with the battery life. It seems like I never have to charge them!

Overall the sound is great. The range on the Bluetooth is very limited and they don’t stay around your neck very well

Nice clear sound when listening to music. When I tried to use them for a phone call, no one could hear me.

Overall a great set of headphones and the Bluetooth connectivity is pretty good. Battery life is also 5 stars

Good design. Earphones fit very well in ear. Paired well with all devices. Love the magnets on earphones. Sound was great.

I use this at work and enjoy being able to use it my entire shift and have a couple hours left when I get home

Great headset, haven't had any issues and the sound quality is terrific.

The audio was good. The buttons are very hard to press. I would not recommend this item. I returned it after the first day.

I did not like the fact that it did not vibrate on my neck to let me know that I was receiving a call if I was not near the phone.

I tried to jog with this product & it bounced all over my neck. Earbuds were too large for my earsxeven with the smallest rubber piece.
