I had the hardest time with these they wouldnt stay connected to my phone Galaxy s8 plus user.

Solid audio even when distance running and lots of sweet. Very long battery life. Lasts all day!

These headsets were purchased to replace my LG and I thought that I would enjoy them but the fit wasn't well received

Not recommended for working out poor connection, to ridge it and poor phone reception.

Not the best a lot of flaws it doesn’t let me know when I get calls and not easy to hear from it I would not recommend it

This was my first go at a pair of "necklace/neckband style headphones, and JBL has obviously put some work into these headphones. Lots of nice features like a sweat resistant nanocoating, a built-in running light around the back of the neckband and extra comfortable silicone earpieces that did an excellent job of staying in my ears. The neckband provides a weighted and solid place to connect the earbuds to as well as a place for the microphone and controls. I found this to be a little unwieldy for running as it has a tendency to slap against your clavicle/neck as you run. Its almost like they need to be heavier to stay in place, but at the same time, I wouldn't want to wear them if they were indeed that weighty. This is too bad since the built-in light is a boon for runners. Other cons are the lack of a battery indicator that only tells you when the battery is low, and not what the battery status is at the time. Battery life seems to be pretty spot on the reported 12 hours, and the quick charge option of 5 min of charge for one hour of use was definitely appreciated and I've used it more than once. The provided silicone pads let you find the most comfortable fit for your ears and the combination of the in-ear buds and extra wings that extend up into your ear held them in place fairly well during activity and were comfortable for extended wearing times. Containing the controls and microphone in the flexible end of the neckband is a smart and the right design choice in my mind. Materials all feel solid and well made, you can feel the nano coating. The sound quality was surprisingly high, with bass reproduction amazing coming from these tiny drivers. The earbuds themselves are also magnetic so they can be worn as a sort of necklace when not in the ears, keeping them stowed. Overall these are well made and sound decent for the price range. JBL missed the mark a little bit for runners, in spite of the added features, but these don't necessarily have to be used strictly for running, Any outdoors activity or working out will put you in the target market for these headphones.

The functions are little different than other headphones I've used, but it works pretty well overall once you get used to it

I’ve been using the JBL Under Armour Sport Flex headphones for over a week now. The headphones came nicely packaged in a well constructed box with a slide out foam insert The box and headphones should ship nicely without any damage since they are packaged so well. The box includes a USB charging cable, 2 additional sizes of ear tips and 1 enhancer without the wing tip. I didn’t like the way the extra ear tips were packaged, inside an envelope in a little box. They were flattened by the envelope and after sitting out for a day, did not revert to the original shape. Luckily the ear tips that came installed on the headphones were the perfect fit for me. Also included is a really handy mini instruction booklet, tiny print but it’s in color with pictures and is very easy to understand. These is no included carry case our pouch, which is disappointing. I like the lightweight design of the neckband. These are probably the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever used, both the neck band and ear tips. I could wear these for hours without discomfort. The adjustable flex zones, for the most part, just give you a tighter fit, which loosens as you work out. Please note that the instructions say not to bend them outward past the original position. The button position is good but I are somewhat stiff to press and require a little more precision. I find myself pressing the buttons with the tip of my fingernail. There is an LED strip light on the back of the neckband that has a few different modes and is great for evening running. The earbuds themselves do not wrap, tuck or retract. They are magnetic and cling to each other but I wish they stored better than leaving them hanging like that. The sound quality is very clean and clear however it lacks the bass I’m using to getting from other headphones in this price range. I think JBL may have sacrificed a bit on sound to deliver such a lightweight comfortable design. Honestly, if these headphones are only for your workouts, a lack of bass is probably okay.. But I wouldn’t recommend them as your all-day, general purpose headphones.

This headset will disconnect two feet from the cell phone. Very frustrating!

The regular JBL’s are a way better quality and better design.

Sound quality was just ok at best. I also didn't like the fact that they turned around on my neck. They never stay in the place where they should be. They also would turn on and off without me turning on and off. Wasn't happy at all. I ended up returning them and I purchased the Bose! I'm happy now!

The best money can buy I I will buy them again they are the best that you can get

They were great at first but after a couple of months I noticed the quality continue to go down hill.

This is a replacement headphone upgrade for a Samsung and it is much better.

They were unconventional and little out of date but may work for others.

The battery said up to 12 hours.. thats on standby. If you’re listening then its only on for 4 hours. And if u dont use it, it still needs to be charged every 12 hours. So basically keep it on the charger when not in use or it will be dead when you do want to use them. At least it only takes ~20mins to charge. Not worth the price point at all
