Everytime I walked the headset would turn and not be in position on my neck

Made bitter and works better than the LG only thing is non-retractable earpieces

These headset have great sound quality to listen to music. But they keep tiening them selves off randomly and disconnects from blue tooth often. The microphone doesn’t work well for phone calls. People can’t hear you on the other end.

I thought it was a nice gift for wife but she couldn't enjoy them.

Music not the best...sound...could be louder or over all sound ...

It is a good headset, but for me, it hurt my ears, difficult to use.

I used these for less than 2 weeks. they didn't hold up for sweat what so ever. I was told it sounded like I was eating tin foil on the other end. They are def shorter than I was use to and the buttons are def different. Good idea but fell short on my pair. Returned

Only thing I don’t like is that the neck piece moves

I clearly have mixed fealings with my new headphones. While is easy to conect with the phone, the pairing is very fast and intuitive and keeps connected in all circumstances with not a single cut, is having one of the best fits in the ear (soo good that feels like a noise canceling) and around the neck (amainzingly light base). I am not convinced that I enjoy them when I use them for running or working out at the same time that I listen music. They are too light and inestable to remain in the neck while movin and this generates a major problem that I experienced is while I do/receive phone calls, being the mic in the base around the neck the voice is not stable when the mic moves. If the use is the house or a wireless headphones for not very active sport activities they deliver a good and nice sound and allows you to mantain the sound source at a decent distance. I also need to add my recognition to their eternal (soo good) battery. If they will not be called “for sport” my rating will probably go up to 5 starts and I will recomend it to a friend.

Shuts down if you don’t use it after a short time.

The head set always rotates around my neck when the ear plugs are not being used. I think the design balance is off. The magnet to keep the plugs together does not help. Mine turn themselves completely around my neck when not in use.

...the fit on these was just weird. Neither my boyfriend nor I could tolerate these. The buds just hang there and get in the way not to mention get tangled in my hair. Very hard to transition from LG's retractable to this..

When I first opened the very nice looking packaging JBL definitely went out of their way to give you the appearance of quality from the outside all the way down to the secure interior packaging. Unfortunately as my initial impressions were a little bit of a letdown as I removed the JBL Under Armour branded wireless headphones from the impressive packaging and my first thought was of how cheap or flimsy they felt which made me wonder how long they would actually last when put through the constant abuse of workouts, jogging, or whatever sport or exercise activities anyone might do before and after work which depending on what each individual does for a living, for example a construction worker who may use them at work as well as all of the above possibilities. Until I realized that the neckband was designed specifically for flexibility in order to tighten or loosen in order to stay where you put them and keep them from flying off like any other headset made in the same style of neckband wireless Bluetooth headset could easily fly off depending on the activity of course. So with this realization in mind, it immediately changed my mind and thinking that this was actually a very well designed neckband and will actually hold up to any and all possible torture that many of these headsets will be put through ultimately testing exactly how well designed to last for the intended buyer's. Only time and use will tell. On to the most important parts of all wireless Bluetooth headphones is how good the Bluetooth is when pairing with a device and staying connected. Which both the pairing and the bluetooth holding the connection are outstanding and the pairing seams almost effortless no matter what device you pair it with and I had 3 different devices currently paired which makes switching from one device to another fast and pain free. I saved the best for last and that is how they sound. For all but the audiophile these really sound pretty good and while you won't get the deepest bass or the highest pitches you might expect from other high priced brands renowned for superb sound, you need to remember exactly what they are designed for and who they are designed for which is a good quality sound when working your body and mind to push the limit while having your specific music to help push you beyond your previous limits. So while not perfect they definitely do a great job for their intended purpose and who knows, many of you will disagree with my assessment and think they sound amazing which I honestly hope is how most people hear them. Last but not least is how the headset performs when used as a phone headset or just listening to talk radio, an audio book, and as a phone in call headset. The sound of any of the above sound excellent which most people would expect and the one lone pitfall is the built-in microphone which I've been told sounds great whenever I stop whatever activity I am doing and basically take a time out to talk when working in my shop but if I try using this headset as a hands free when at work driving a tractor pulling a set of doubles. Well this is where it fails miserably as whoever I'm trying to talk to can barely hear much of what I say but on the plus side, I can hear them just fine which is good if you like one-sided conversations. But JBL did not design nor have they ever claimed that the wireless under armour sport headset has the ability to be used for this purpose and the Mic is just kind of a bonus feature to give user's the added benefit and luxury of the calling feature and with everything put together without any deductions for the Mic, I really feel that this headset is an all around very good sounding wireless headset that I feel should be rated slightly better and would rate them at 4.5 stars as I believe they have made a quality waterproof, sweatproof, and hopefully durable set of headphones to last for several year's of abuse.

Very sturdy construction. Crystal clear audio. I owned the LG version of this item and over 3 years had to use the warranty because of a faulty wire attachment from the factory. The JBL underarmour flex. Best Bluetooth headset I have ever owned.
