The sound is not too loud but it's well balanced and clear.

The connection is crystal clear with my phone when I am listening to music or playing podcasts. Every once a while seems when I’m talking to someone they have a little trouble hearing me but I’m not sure if that is a connection or the sound is so good to hear everything else in the background.
