Very poor sound. Very painful to my ears, my ears hurt for several hours after wearing them for 30 minutes. And volume does not go loud enough to hear over a standard vacuum. Also not loud enough for my intended purpose which was to wear while mowing. I returned mine 5 days later. For the price, these are horrible. Also has no tap volume control, a basic feature.

Terrible sound quality, no noise canceling only plus is they are waterproof but I probably won’t wear them swimming

Complete and utter crap! I could buy a pair of $25 headphones with better sound quality! Their customer service is a joke. So surprised The Rock would endorse these. Do not waste your money. I returned and bought Air Pods and I’m so happy with them!

Did not sit comfortably or stable in my ear. Sound was crap unless I pushed them in to make them a little more snug. And the manual, Jesus!!! Bottom line, this product was a waste of time and money. Take it from me and save both.

basically these were crap! they sounded like total garbage and i wouldnt let my worse enemies wear them. i thin they should be completely erased from the data base of jbl product recipes. why combine the 2 companies anyway? another monopoly?

The Bluetooth started dropping out over 10feet away after 6 months

They look nice but there is no bass so I returned them.

I bought it from JBL directly, one of the best true wireless earbuds I own. Not sure what is up with the negative reviews, these earbuds are great in all areas that matter, sound signature, volume, waterproof, design, stability and comfort I do wish they had volume control and app support for customizations and updates but other than that, they are one of the best TWS on the market. Also, if they had touch control or at least the entire surface as the button instead of the UA logo, it would have been even better

Pros - good sound, quality construction. Outstanding battery life. Push open case with strap Cons - Bad mic, painful to wear, push button design hurt, pairing issues, case was huge in comparison to others (including other jbl) JBL is a great brand and these are definitely not a cheap product quality wise. I wanted to love them, they just didn’t work for me. Firstly the sound quality is good, listening to music and podcasts was great and what you’d expect from JBL. However the mic picked up everything but your voice. Struggled to have any conversation because in a dead quite room any movement I made sounded like I was in an amphitheatre to the person on the other end and when speaking they could barely hear me. Very frustrating. Unfortunately the shape also didn’t work, after wearing for a couple of hours my ears would ache and be sore to the touch. I couldn’t last the work day. Wearing only one at a time and switching when got painful also didn’t help as I could never pair the second earphone. I tried this for multiple days and failed every time. I wore them every day for a week to try and wear them in but they never stopped hurting and the pairing problem made me give up anyway. They also didn’t look great in my ears, they stuck out quite a lot and at a weird angle. Using the push button was painful. They are so stiff that pushing the button needed some force which basically felt as if you were suctioning your brain. Again painful and uncomfortable. Such a shame Verdict - I’ve had to return.
