Muffled Sound. Don't Buy

Just bought these and going to return them tomorrow. Super disappointed in JBL for allowing these to hit the market. I'm trying to upgrade my true-wireless samsung earbuds that came out in 2018 and these don't even come close.
My biggest complaint is the sound quality. It sounds almost like what you would imagine hearing if you put headphones on, but shoved a bunch of tissues in the ear cups first. Or if you listened to music underwater. It sounds super muffled and not clear whatsoever. The only semi-decent sound quality is the bass.
The fit is alright and I love having wingtips which a lot of companies have done away with. This makes all the difference in keeping your earbuds in while running and lifting. They're a bit heavy, which makes them feel clunky though.
Definitely would NOT recommend these. The people that give these buds a good review have obviously never tried decent earbuds before.

These earbuds are chillen because they deliver what the user wants. Which is good sound quality long battery life and great build from both the case and the headphones.

Great sound quality but the fit is lacking

These have the great sound quality you would expect from JBL and nice deep bass, but the fit is just awful. I've tried every size attachments that came with these and cannot find a comfortable fit that stays in ny ear. When i do get a comfortable secure fit the sound is muffled because of how they sit in ny ear. If I want good sound quantity they have to sit barely in my ear and fall out. They especially fall out during works outs which is the main reason I bought these. Honestly, I could be doing nothing and they will still fall out. I've never had this problem with any style of earbuds I've used over the years. So disappointed in these especially for the price point.

Incredibly Weak for This Price Point

How people find satisfaction in these nut-less wireless headphones is beyond me. I’ve been using the same $15 wired Skullcandy earbuds for three years because of their extreme intensity and sound quality at max volume but the wire gets annoying when running so I ventured out once again to find a set of compact wireless headphones to solve that issue.
Years ago I tried multiple sets with no luck. I figured since then there has to be something that can, at the very least, come close to my Skullcandy’s, right?
Absolutely not.
First a $70 set of JLabs. Weak. After that these JBL Under Armours. Last was a set of Bose SoundSports. None of them delivered. Not even close.
It gets two stars for sounding somewhat decent, but these are at absolute MAX $30 headphones, and that’s after tax.
