Call quality isn't the greatest. There is no noise cancellation and the other person can hear all the background noise when on a call.

Only used left bud & each time the volume got lower. Then right bud started working few days ago, but had the same low volume. Maxing out volume and it’s so difficult to hear if there is any noise as there would be at a gym where it’s the only reason I need earbuds. Returning these after having them less then 4 weeks and used 12-15 times.

Please try reconnecting the L and R earbuds by taking them off the case and tapping the touch control of both earbuds thrice. you may also perform a factory reset by tapping the touch control twice and holding for 5 secs.
