    One of the earbuds goes out randomly even on the first day I purchased them. I don’t recommend buying them.

    The sound quality is beyond terrible and It’s so big it keeps on wanting to fall, the case is two different colors and feels extremely flimsy

    Trusted JBL for many a year. Nice price for listening to podcasts but awful for music. No bass and a tinny sound.

    Doesnt fit my ears at all wish they were able to fit around my ear lob....wouldnt not buy again....

    The product is okay but its USB is poor quality and it cannot charge it to full capacity. Its so disturbing

We recommend leaving it on charge while the earbuds are inside, so it will carry a battery as well. It is also necessary to try a different USB cable or try another USB charger, rated at least 2 Amps for the charging case. If you need more help, please contact our customer support. JBL

      - Please try using a different music player, and if you're using an equalizer, turn it off.
      - Try using a different source device lie a phone or tablet.
      - Check if there physical damages on the earbuds, which causes the unit to not sound properly.

      If the problem persists, our JBL Vibe 200TWS comes with a 1-year warranty, if the unit it still within that period, we can have the unit replaced. Please contact us, so we can assist you. JBL
