For the price however, I guess you get what you paid for. I wouldn't personally recommend. I ended up finding $12 earbuds on Amazon that are way better than these

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Vibe Beam, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. While working out they constantly fall out of my ears, and when I go to out them back in the volume somehow goes all the way up, nearly blowing up my eardrums. I was able to minimize the maximum volume through the app, but even then they still have issues. The power constantly turns off while I'm working out, and even when they are secure in their case they connect to the Bluetooth on my phone. I used my pixel buds for 2 years (they were recently stolen) and never had any issues. I don't even want to complain, but I shouldn't need to get upset at headphones, but these things are constantly making me angry. Spend the extra money and get something better, that's what I should have done.
