When I speak on my phone, callers complain that they can't hear me, so the mic seems pretty weak, too. Very disappointed with these JBL Vibe Beam!

Try to connect the earbuds to a different device to determine if the issue lies with the earbuds or the initial device you paired them with. You can also perform a reset by pressing and holding the button on the right earbud for more than 5 seconds while charging. It's Not For Me

They just don't feel comfortable to my ears. But this particular earbud was just pretty average overall and the sound was too bass-heavy for my taste.
