So, the person on the other side of the call would hear all background noise from the person using this Earbuds. So Horrible

I found that they were not very loud at all. Struggling to hear most of the time and even with the correct size plastic tips, they didn't want to stay in my ears.

Posted .For your JBL Vibe Beam to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. If you need more help, please contact our Customer Support so we could try other steps.
