    Didn't work for me as bass was hardly noticeable no matter what I did. Gave up and got the Beats Studio instead, glad I did.

    These are junk. The left side speaker blew out in 3 months and I dont even listen at high volume

      Thanks for the feedback. If you’re using an equalizer (EQ) to boost certain frequencies, it can have the same effect as increasing the volume. Try turning the EQ off. If the sound no longer distorts with the EQ disabled, the speaker isn’t damaged—the EQ settings just need to be adjusted to prevent distortion and potential damage. You may also try to connect the earbuds to your other source device. If it still has the same issue, you may proceed to reset your unit. With both earbuds on and not charging, press either the left or right earbud three (3) times then hold it on the third tap for 5 seconds. Once done, put back both earbuds inside the charging case for 10 seconds while the lid is closed. You may need to forget the headphones in your device’s Bluetooth settings and pair them again. If the issue persists, please contact us directly. JBL

    The buds are okay, but they are uncomfortable if you are not used to the silicone adaptors. Also they disconnect very often

    Sound does not meet the JBL name. Even downloading the app and adjusting the equalizer its just not great sound. Weird charging case with getting the buds out too. 2 stars better than some bargain buds but I can’t believe they even have the JBL name

    Great audio but they fall out of your ears a lot especially if running or even trying to sing along to a song

    They sound the same as they cost, it's better to pay extra and buy something better, I bought Technick 80s, believe me, heaven and earth

    The highs and mids are ok. The bass is lacking. Not that it was expected to be great I would buy a different pair if I had it to do over

    These could be good but I couldn't seem to find the right fitment. I spent more time keeping them from falling out than using them.

    Not the greatest quality earbuds! Budget earbuds! Not half the sound as my AirPods. Isn't quite Siri compatible . Headphones take the longest to connect to apple products . But does have a great battery life! One earbuds last 5 hours of nonstop music and being on the phone!

First, forget/unpair the earbuds to the source device. You can manually connect the source device to the product by selecting the product from your Bluetooth list. Next, you may try to reset it, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair it again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL

    Get these if you NEVER make phone calls

    The audio volume is low, but it is okay for playing videos. However, it's mic is just horrible. I've answered several phone calls in my office or a restaurant. They could hardly hear what I said, and I tried to use either one or both, but it's not working.

    Returned them, as I tried everything to connect to two different computers (1 Apple, 1 PC) and could not connect them.

    They feel cheap. The material is very smooth plastic so taking the buds out of the case is difficult. Also the earbuds don’t respond to commands that well and the call quality is horrible. People can’t hear you talking because the background noise is so loud. Spend a few more dollars and get something better.

To start, connect your unit to your phone. Open the app and then select your unit on the app. Under 'Gestures' settings, you can choose the command you prefer on both earbuds.     I was really shocked that the JBL didn't have the base that I was looking for. It was very mediocre poorly made as well as sound.

    Quality ear buds. My only issue was removing from charger case during flight they were not easy.
