Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Vibe Beam TWS doesn't have the Active Noise Cancelling feature. We recommend our Tune 130NC TWS, Tune 230NC TWS, and JBL Reflect Mini NC as these earbuds have a noise-canceling feature.

The statement, “you get what you pay for” has rarely been more accurate. Good for listening to books and podcasts; terrible for music.

Posted .Thanks for reaching out to us. We're here to help. In order for the headphones to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. If you have accomplished a tight seal, but still feel that the bass is lacking, this might be caused of the sonic quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to, EQ Settings, or Source Device. If you're using an EQ, you may try to turn it off, or if not, try turning it on and boosting the bass. You may also reset the earbuds by turning it on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Sound is sub-par and the fit is lousy despite trying the different plugs included. Cheap but not worth it in the end.

While walking 30 min to the office, the headphones consistently cut in and out every few seconds. Tbis tesults in the headphones getting out if sync, one will he a second off from the other one which is a bery disproenting experience. Then one of the headphones will play music at 1.5x speed to catch up woth the one ahead. While on the train, audio is out of sync with video on TikTok wnd Youtube. DO NOT BUY.

Selecting the right ear tips may help you securely fit them into your ear and prevent the earbuds from protruding. Since the earbuds only produce a sound depending on what the other phone call receives on its mic input, it is likely to be the microphone's input sensitivity settings from the other phone causing it to receive unfiltered background noise.

Yes I’m spoiled by apple airpods but I’ve had cheaper headphones give better sound. On pc it was horrible on my iPhone is was not good; better than nothing but took it back few hours later.
