    I will be returning these because the sound quality is terrible. I can’t even enjoy my music even when the volume is all the way up.

    Awful, terrible, meme-tier earbuds.

    Awful, meme-tier headphones. They give you three different size earbuds, and none of them fit. They constantly need to be pushed back into your ears because they slip out as you laugh and smile, and every time you do, the touch controls activate and turn them off or turn the volume up. It's a catch-22 of terribleness, and I regret not buying airpods

    I don't care for these. Person on the other end always says there's static. My last pair were perfect. I'll be purchasing another pair soon because aren't it.

    The worst earbuds battery dont last if I do a complete charge it wont last at all. If I charge it fully and dont use them the battery died. I already went to the app change settings and its the same thing.

If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support. JBL

    Worst Earbuds Ever

    This is one of the worst earbuds I have ever owned and I previously used some crappy earbuds from Amazon. The earbud moves around in the case so it doesnt charge and connects to your phone randomly. I would not waste your money on this.

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.     I am pretty disappointed. They keep falling out of my ears. I don't have big eaes or a head and they keep falling out abd disconnecting.

    They don’t even let you listen to the text on your earpiece with somebody text you and then I’m also having problem connecting it with it now I don’t know what’s going on with it so I will not recommend this had it for 2 months

      Thank you for your feedback. We understand that our JBL Vibe Beam didn't meet your expectations. Bluetooth works best in open spaces. Walls, other devices, or distance can affect the connection. In this regard, something is likely interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal, causing connection issues.
      Another possibility is that sometimes a Bluetooth connection can become corrupt. Please unpair and re-repair your Bluetooth connection to see if that fixes the problem. If this doesn’t solve the issue, we must determine if the problem is in the source device or the earbuds. Try to connect to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If that doesn't work, do a factory reset. Tap either the right or left earbud 3x, then press and hold on the third tap for 5 seconds.
      To be able to listen to text message on your earbuds, you may need to enable the notification on your mobile phone.

    One earphone stopped working within a year

    It didn’t last for a year too. One of the earphone is dead already and it already passed the warranty period now. Expected this JBL product to be of better quality. Waste of money.

    The headset is garbage. Nice quality as far as durability but the sound is truly garbage.

    so trash its not even funny, i also never write reviews but these are so bad. dont even waste ur money. Even with 3 sizes of ear tips to choose from its still going to slip out and not fit. Dont waste ur money stick with apple product imo.
