These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. To pair these earbuds with your mobile device, turn on both earbuds, tap either the left or right earbud twice, and on the second tap hold it for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue blinking light, then you can turn on the Bluetooth on your device and search for JBL Vibe Beam. Charge seems to hold up pretty well and I can listen to the radio on my phone from for 8+ hours with little drain on the phone or bud battery. I use them when working around the house & light yard work. Thought I'd have issues with them staying in my ear but no issues yet. I haven't used it yet but there's a feature that if you misplace a bud, from the phone app, which I recommend downloading from JBL, a loud sound (don't try it when the bud is in your ear), is emitted from the bud to help you find it. Good providence!

Absolutely nothing wrong with the purchase experience, easy online purchase with fast shipping. Ear buds work as they should, with good sound quality for the price; but I wish they had a noise canceling feature &/or got one level louder. I never turned my previous ear buds to max volume(too loud), but I have these on max all the time and still wish it had just one more level. Again, nothing wrong with them and if you don’t listen to loud music; these are great.
