I didnt realize it didnt come with the cover. The earbuds are exposed and I didnt realize jt but its not a problem for me. The sound is really good when you connect them to calls, everyone can hear me clearly not like the other ones I had.

I really love this product a lot it has excellent base,long lasting battery and noise counseling mode. It is also good for calls

Sound quality is good with my music. I did find myself straining to hear calls thou. No way to turn it up louder on the JBL app but overall good purchase

The earbuds work well. The sound quality is pretty good given the low price. the case takes some getting used to. they don't stay all that well in my ear canal, even with the largest size ear piece on them, but i think that is more an issue with this style of earbud. just push them back in and keep moving.

It gets the job done. I just dislike the case doesn't have a top and also these earbuds takes forever to connect when putting them in your ear.

These earbuds are decent at best. They are not ideal for wearing during workouts, but the sound quality is what I expected from JBL. The touch commands for navigation are not as user-friendly as other earbuds, and the noise cancellation could be improved. Overall, the sound quality and durability are great, and the JBL app is quite helpful.

Fantastic value, got these for $40, they sound great. I did end up pairing these with some aftermarket tips that stay in the ear better, but I use these all the time now.

Decent quality but why doesn't it have a top?!?!? I only saw the item in a box but assumed it being shown without a top was only for the outside graphic. The ear buds fall out all the time. This is genuinely a braindead stupid design choice

I have JBL speakers in my office and living room. So JBL should be my trusted earbud company, right? Not so much at this price point. Granted, I only spend $54 on these. Perhaps I should have spent more? Good battery life. Poor low-end sound production. The physical product is kind of hard plastic and not pleasing.

Doesnt have the same bass or sound as my galaxy ear buds pro but have better battery life. And comfortable to wear.

JBL makes excellent speakers, I thought way not get the earbuds with high quality standards and there's remarkable sound coming from them.

Ear buds make a noise when holding in your hand, or near eachother when not in the holder. There is no cover/ lid for the holder/ charger. The sound is ok. I liked my other brand much better than these.

I need to get used to this new item I have to make sure I don’t lose it and it doesn’t come out of my ears.

They’re great purchase.not as loud as u thought honestly I’ve purchased cheaper ones they do the job.

Price performance product don't wait more if you want more base go upper models for sure
