Posted .We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. To achieve the best seal and secure fit with your JBL Vibe Buds 2 TWS, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

I debated buying them since the case didn't come with a top, but I ignored my instinct and bought them anyway. One of the earbuds fell out within a month.

Poor storage

There is no top to the case so if you drop it, the buds go flying across the room. Also, I had problems with mine disconnecting from the phone when you place them back in the case. Had to return these

Not happy with JBL
