We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. To achieve the best seal and secure fit with your JBL Vibe Buds 2 TWS, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Awesome audio. Noise cancelling. Easy to use. Long battery life.

Sound quality is fine, but the design of the case is just horrible. I debated buying them since the case didn't come with a top, but I ignored my instinct and bought them anyway. One of the earbuds fell out within a month.

These are going back to Best Buy because the little charger base does not have a lid like my Jabra earbuds did.

Do not recommend these. There is no top to the case so if you drop it, the buds go flying across the room. Also, I had problems with mine disconnecting from the phone when you place them back in the case. Had to return these

I returned 2 different JBL earbuds because they did not work and switched back to JLAB earbuds like I had before and $16.50 cheaper.

Not satisfied it’s not working properly I don’t have time to go and exchange can you please let me know the ways to exchange this is disappointed me please help on this
