    These work great. Of course I immediately lost one. Thankful it was for my very hard of hearing ear vs my just hard of hearing ear.

    Headphones are garbage. They don’t stay in your ear, hold a charge or have consistency with which earbud wants to connect music.

      We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Our JBL Vibe Buds TWS comes with a choice of 3 sizes of ear tips (S, M, L). You may mix and match the different sizes to get the right fit for your ears so that they do not fall out. Also, you may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as foreign matter on the metal charging contacts may affect the charging process. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL

    These buds fit very awkwardly inside the ear. They also glitch when only one is being used at a time

    Not too happy the sound pauses every 20 to 30 seconds. And doesn’t connect automatically either when a call comes in. You actually have to press the speaker to then click on the on headphones. Will not buy again
