Also, try adjusting the VoiceAware level to balance how much you hear your voice while talking with others via the JBL Headphones App. This app is downloadable via Google Play Store for Android and App Store for iOS devices. Very frustrating. They have some cool features like audio pass thru and NFC locator if you misplace them. Sound quality is what you would expect for this price bracket, not the best but satisfactory. All in all 3 stars
