Amazing Portable Speaker!

This speaker is a replacement for his previous speaker which was a JBL Xtreme (original model). Although the previous speaker we purchased was on sale at $150, the battery wouldn't keep charge anymore (this one was $350), he loves this speaker. Sound quality is awesome. Price is the only bummer. Yes we purchased the warranty. JBL products appear to be superior to many other products

Great while it lasts.

Online research shows numerous issues with the power supply failing on this item. I charged it up one time, ran the battery down listening to some slipknot, slayer, metallica, etc,, went to charge it again, and nothing. No lights, no power button, just a giant paper weight now. It did have a really good amount of playtime, that one time.
