It's loud enough when used outside in large yard or when working in the garage. I absolutely love it! I had a Bose before this and it sounds just as good if not better and the price is more affordable.

JBL Extreme 2 Rocks!

I had hoped that the Xtreme 2 could pair with it, but it cannot. Nevertheless, these speakers provide amazing sound and are easy to operate. They are rugged and the battery life is excellent. I got this one on sale and could not be happier. JBL rocks!

Great sound, options to charge other devices, Bluetooth and hard wired connection and linkable with other JBL devices. Could be a bit louder for my tastes but sounds awesome.

JBL Xtreme 2 portable speaker

I can take it where ever. It sounds great at any volume you have it at. I bought one for my daughter and after hearing hers had to get one for myself. Can't go wrong with hthis product.

At first, I thought it was broken, it just has a little time delay when you turn it on. Has a lot of bass, I have to turn off the bass when in the apartment, it's that loud. Great option to link other speakers, waterproof and long battery life.

I live that it's water proof when the port door is clised. It's well built. I think they are lacking in the tweeter department though, which would be an easy fix. There is a way to adjust the bass level, but unfortunately it's difficult to do and basically your choice is lots of bass or no bass. Disappointed. Overpriced. I'd return it but not sure what a better option is.
