This product cannot be set up in the portable JBL app on an iPad Pro that is brand new JBL apparently does not plan to support this device in the future and there will be no updates to the app according to online notes. Very disappointing for a brand new purchase And no notification of end of life. The speaker sounds great but again, no app Support.
We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Xtreme 4. The speaker is compatible with our JBL Portable App. We recommend checking the app occasionally for available software upgrades. If you need more help, please contact us.

The most marketed doesn’t mean the best.
It sounds really good and it’s durable but for the
+$300 market. It’s weak in comparison to other non marketed speakers
If you want the name Jbl then go for it

Normally, I don’t give reviews let alone bad ones, but I was kind of upset when I received the product. For being an open box, you can tell it was very used scratches on the bottom. The speaker mesh was ripped wrong charger from the lap top. overall, the speaker looks like it went through hell and back.
