With our JBL Xtreme 4, please try using a different USB cable and USB charger (preferably one with a minimum 2 amp rating), as well as unplugging and re-plugging the cable from your device. The product's charging port may also become clogged with sand or grit. Examine the port. If necessary, use compressed air to clean. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

The sound was incredible!! I wasn't sure if the sound would be loud enough to fill the room. IT WAS PERFECT!!!!. The sound was clear & sharp. It was also vas very easy to transport The strap made it convenient. I recommend this product!!!

They were all so excited when they heard how well this speaker sounded. It is a little clunky to carry around at work, but definitely great for parties or around the house/yard. I love this speaker. The battery really lasts a long time also, especially with playtime boost, which just damps the lows, but increases the high-mids.

Worth it over the Charge 4

It gets plenty loud and sounds better than the Charge 4 it replaced. It's big so not always the most portable. LOVE that it has an easily replaceable battery.
