One of the best microwave if not the best microwave does far. I would totally recommend this microwave. It is quiet, and the fan and the lighting are excellent as well. The only thing I wish is that could have made the design a little bit more sleeker.

I bought this after reading many reviews to replace a GE Advantium unit with a broken door latch that could not be repaired. The JennAir is built much better than the GE and works better too. It is newer unit so that was expected. That's the good part. If they had better documentation for operating this I would have given it five stars. Their web site is about useless. They have no videos at all on this unit. Another thing is the touch buttons on the unit are much harder to see than on the Advantium. Some back light would help a lot with this. All in all I am happy with the purchase.

This has so many different cooking programs that you literally have a way to cook anything. The design of the oven seems to make it cook more evenly and faster than other microwaves I've had and with less overcooking. A huge plus to this unit is that it is not just a microwave but also a true convection oven with a radiant heating element. So not only can you cook dishes in your main oven, the microwave doubles as a second oven. So even in a smaller kitchen you can have a double oven set-up. The convection feature cooks very accurately and quickly and is great for side dishes but is also big enough for roasts. It is the most versatile tool you can have in your kitchen.

A great option for anyone wanting maximum functionality in an over the range air filter and microwave. Nice downward lighting, easy fan settings, lots of options per cooking options. Highly recommended.

I have had this microwave for 8 days. I am really disappointed with its performance considering the price paid. I convection cooked a frozen pizza according to directions. It looked great until I bit into it, Panasonic Genius 4-in-1 Microwave with Air Fryer toppings were cooked perfectly but the crust was not done, nor was it browned. Also I have tried frozen entrees according to instructions but they were either under or over cooked. I like the fact that it is so quiet and the end of cooking sound is a chime. The controls do not light up or have a backlight. I previously had a 2012 GE Advantium microwave which needed new switches that were not available because of either the pandemic or age of the unit. I ordered a new Advantium in Nov. 2020 which was on back order. The original delivery date was January 5th but was delayed several times until it was delayed until March with no guarantee of when I would get it. I finally gave up, cancelled the order & ordered this one. It was also back ordered but was delivered last week. I plan to try a few more dishes, but it looks like I will be returning this one.

Microwave is fantastic and the convection oven is great for when I don't want to microwave food.

I really need a manual so I can quickly test all aspects of the microwave. It's fairly complex with a bunch of standard options already built-in to the system
